Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, please return the item within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The item should be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect its nature, characteristics and functionality. You may handle and inspect the item only to the extent necessary to determine its condition and functionality. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. Please contact us at nagifsalimov@gmail.com before sending your return. We will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Damages and issues
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including personalised or custom-made products and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with this return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at nagifsalimov@gmail.com within the 14-day period. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
You may inspect and handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will issue your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are notified of your withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
